Try the standard size first. The earplugs should fit snugly but not be uncomfortable. If they don't feel right, try the larger size.
Step 2 | Attach the cord
Pull the loop on the connecting cord over the earplug and position it between the wing and the earplug.
Step 3 | Insert the earplug
Push the earplug into your inner ear so that the eartip fits snugly. Slightly rotate it until the wing is aligned with the concha or 'shell' of your ear (The curved hollow just outside the opening to your ear canal).
Step 4 - Secure the wing
Tuck the wing into the shell of your ear for a secure fit.
