I tried them out (not on a plane) to see if they’d block your hearing. It’s only a minor reduction, you will definitely be able to hear as long as you don’t already have low hearing.I can’t speak on how they perform for pressure on flights yet, but I’ll be sure to update here after my next flight. (Should be less than 6 months from now if you’re seeing this before the update.)Only thing I don’t like is what you’re already aware of, the little yellow filter. I wish it were a different color 🤣

the case did not come with the ear plugs that is so wrong since it has on description. couldn't return since it came with no box. What kind of business was this

Only this past year did I start getting TERRIBLE pressure headaches, ear pain, and sinus congestion on airplanes. Not sure what happened, but it started out of nowhere. Almost fainted on the flight I took just before buying these ear plugs from the pain. These earplugs eliminated most of the pressure on the plane and it was the first time I ever exited a plane not needing to pop my ears for the rest of the day.I did still have some pain on the plane's initial descent, but others around me also complained of it so it may have just be too fast of a drop. The returning flight home I felt no pressure at all. Overall, great product! Only downside is now I can't listen to music or podcasts on the plane.
