1. Choose the right size

Size M comes pre-installed on the filters as the standard size. Not feeling comfortable? No problem - if they feel too tight, try size S. If they're too loose, size L is your best bet.

2. Inserting the earplugs

Hold the earplug by the filter between your thumb and index finger. Insert it into your ear canal with a gentle twisting motion until it sits firmly and comfortably.

Tip: You can lift your ear slightly to make insertion easier.

3. Check for proper fit

Your earplug fits correctly when it sits comfortably in your ear canal:

You don't feel any pain or uncomfortable pressure
The earplug properly seals your ear canal
The earplug doesn't stick out too far from your ear

4. Care and reuse

Clean your earplugs regularly with warm water and mild soap or Alpine Clean spray. Let them dry completely before reusing.
