These earplugs offer high-attenuation to effectively reduce noise levels.

Poor noise reduction level.

Unfortunatelly the noise reduction level for these plugs which are meant for motorcycle riding is unsufficient. 30 db would be a minimum. Back to the foam plugs I guess.
