Wrong item

I bought the pink ones for my autism and received the wrong item. I wrote an email and still haven’t received an answer so i am trying through the reviews.

Horrible quality and worst customer service

I purchased these ear muffs for my daughter, but when she tried them, they were uncomfortable and didn’t do much to reduce noise. I reached out to customer service, and they refused to accept a return, stating that once the product is opened, it can't be returned regardless of any issues (for "hygine" reason). This policy seems unreasonable, as you can't assess the quality without opening the package.

If you're set on buying these overpriced, low-quality ear muffs, I recommend purchasing from Amazon, where at least you have the option to return them.
