The Alpine Muffy Baby is specially designed to protect babies' extra-sensitive hearing from harmful noises and loud music at festivals, sporting events, fairgrounds, firework displays and motor races, for example. The earmuffs have a soft and adjustable non-slip headband that does not put pressure on the fontanel. The Muffy Baby is lightweight, prevents noise overstimulation and helps babies to rest undisturbed while travelling.

The design of this product is wonderful for kids who may have craniofacial differences due to the soft materials and adjustable size. Our son with disabilities was able to sit through his first parade thanks to his Alpine earmuffs! Definitely would recommend!

Don’t adjust as small as the old style.

We purchased these for our 5 week old baby to get
a flight to my father’s wedding.
The new design does not adjust as small as the older design and my daughter’s head is too small.
Alpine do not state that there is a minimum age for these ear muffs, just that they are for babies.
Do not buy if your child is younger than 3 months, they will not fit.

Long-Haul Flights and Western Shootouts

Used on 4 flights (1hr, 10hr, 9hr and 1hr) - amazing. Helped to fill out the background noise and help 4month old sleep. Used then whilst feeding on take off and landing and no problems whatsoever! Brilliant. On the longer flights we slightly loosed the strap on the forehead mid-flight.

Also used in USA at an American shootout between cowboys. She enjoyed the show!

The new design is 8 mm slimmer, provides a more stable fit, and is suitable for children up to 4 years old instead of 3. The earmuffs are pre-positioned on the band for immediate use right out of the box.

Yes, the Alpine Muffy Baby is CE and ANSI-certified, meeting the highest safety standards. It has been thoroughly tested and approved by both parents and babies.

While it's safe to use hearing protection, it’s important to give your baby regular breaks. Use the earmuffs primarily during loud events. We recommend wearing the hearing protection for no more than 3 hours per day and 90 minutes at a time.

The Muffy Baby should fit snugly without being too tight or loose. Here’s how to check the fit:
- Make sure you position the left (L) and right (R) earmuffs correctly by checking the markings inside.
- Place the headband on the forehead, just below the soft spot.
- Ensure that the entire ear is covered by the earmuffs.
- Check that the letter 'A' on the side of the earmuff is pointing up.
